Menu: Linguini with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Capers ● Poached Filet of Salmon, Shrimp, and Vegetables served with Rice Pilaf with Barley and a Medley of Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash ● Warm Peach Pear Cobbler topped with Ice Cream.
