After more than fifteen years of taking us on the Taste of Italy tour of the twenty regions of Italy, Sandra has decided to change things up a bit and concentrate on dishes that are traditionally served for a specific course when dining in Italy. She will also talk about the region each dish is from, giving you some insight into how food differs in different regions.

Menu: Pollo alla Cacciatore Romana ~ seasoned bone in, skin on chicken thighs in a garlic, crushed red pepper, rosemary, anchovy, and red wine sauce ~ served with broccoli soffocati ● Tonno ai Ferri ~ toasted herb seasoned and seared fresh tuna with heirloom mini tomato halves, red onion, and a variety of bell peppers ● Filetto di maiale al Balsamico ~ butter balsamic pork tenderloin served with brussels sprouts.
