Friday, February 14th ● 6:30 - 8:30 pm ● “Valentine’s Date Night” ● Hands-On Class ● Jesica Jones - Cooking at the Cottage ● $170.00 for TWO individuals.
Menu: Fried Goat Cheese Disc served with Toasted Pecans and a Sweet and Spicy Sauce ● Beef Medallion in a Mushroom, Onion, Merlot Reduction Pan Sauce served with Boursin Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Sesame Green Beans with Garlic & Shallots ● Chocolate Ganache Brownie served with Fresh Berries and Chantilly Crème.
