We're heading to fall festivals, apple orchards, and pumpkin patches bringing back a peck of apples, a couple pumpkins to turn into comfort food in our kitchens. This class explores what makes a dish comfort food, the nostalgia of pumpkin, pumpkin spice to be exact, and a look at the spices and herbs that conjure up fall flavors and how to use them.
